Donovan spent over 16 years at Digicel Group, leading the Facilities and Technical Operations Teams and managed operations in a number of Caribbean, Central American, and Pacific Territories. He serves a number of charitable organizations but is particularly passionate about the Dinthill Technical High School Alumni Association of which he is President, and the Mikhail Betancourt Foundation.
