Mr. Philipp Hofer

Philipp Hofer With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, including 18 years with IBEROSTAR, Philipp Hofer has a breadth of experience in all aspects of the business. A native of Austria, Philipp studied at the School of Tourism and Business Administration in Klessheim and has continuously updated his education throughout his career. Philipp’s first role at IBEROSTAR was in the Guest Services department at IBEROSTAR Quetzal and IBEROSTAR Tucson in Mexico. Since then, he has held management positions in eight IBEROSTAR resorts throughout Mexico and Cuba. For the past nine years, he has had a key role in IBEROSTAR’s expansion into Jamaica where he now serves as the Director of Operations for all three IBEROSTAR properties in the destination. His proactive approach, warm managerial style and commitment to exceeding guests expectations have contributed greatly to IBEROSTAR’s success.
