Mr. Christopher Jarrett, CD
Christopher Jarrett, CD, is the Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Altamont Hotels and Hotel 39. A respected leader in Jamaica’s hospitality industry, he is the recipient of the National Honor, Order of Distinction, Commander Class (CD) and was named Hotelier of the Year in 2019. His career reflects a strong commitment to service excellence, industry development, and national tourism advancement.
Mr. Jarrett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is also a certified chef through Johnson and Wales University and is a Certified Hospitality Trainer, combining technical, culinary, and leadership expertise within his management approach.
Christopher has held numerous leadership roles across Jamaica’s tourism and business sectors. His board and committee involvement includes:
